Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a 15 days return and replacement window from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Return and Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all product tags, labels, and certificates intact.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be approved for:

Dislike after receiving the product

Minor variations in color, fabric, or finish

Size or fit issues where the correct item was delivered

Refund Turnaround Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within 7 to 10 business days.
